The area around the train station does not seem to be that nice. I think that is still PJ. Too may people just hanging out on the corner.

Fact is, I bet you that most people, if given the money, would move to Port Jeff (village) in a flash. Port Jeff Station, another story...

Agreed...its fiction.
One of the best downtown's on the Island.

The truth of the matter is that the crap area of PJV goes to Comsewogue schools so its a dump in for PJ Sta anyway.
