I appreciate your concern but the facts make it evident that these events are not contributing to viral spread. The event was on Saturday August 1st, so if this was a "super spreader" event we would start to see positive test #'s go up.
For Long Island, on August 1st there were 51 persons who tested positive for COVID (1.1% of people tested).
On Long Island yesterday, only 35 people test positive for COVID (0.9% of people tested).
Numbers are down. Its funny to note that we had a similar # of people test positive on June 8th (33). That was two months ago. Most everything is open and folks are having house parties, BBQs, etc every weekend.
Further.
As of August 5th in Nassau, there are only 37 COVID hospitalization, 8 of which are in the ICU, 3 of which are on vents. This is hardly a problem. I assume that since the numbers are so low they haven been bothering to update the County website regularly. (Source:

Clearly these events are not a problem. Look at the data and you will see that your worry is misplaced.
