When you pay $800K for a house (Which would buy you a waterfront mansion in most other parts of the country.....) and have derelicts rummaging through your backyard....

Never said backyard. Prices are higher for backyard homeless. lol

At least one gets a better class of derelict in the front yard. Those kind are usually just there to "water the lawn" as opposed to going shopping....
