Default Car Service out of Rockville Centre
Anyone have recommendations of a car/van service to take
a few couples to the NYC Cruise Terminal in Manhattan?

You could take the train to Penn and catch a cab from there.

From RVC to JFK (for example), car service is $100. By cab, $45. Not sure the cost from RVC into Manhattan but the above will give you a ballpark of the ride to Queens.
