I live in Deer Park (welcome you will ove it) The town does not supply regular garbage cans. You can buy those from HD or any hardware store. I would look around since Black Friday is coming up. Ace normally has great deals. The town does sell blue recyclables down by the town dump. I don't know the cost because but they should not be too expensive.
