Each deck should be segregated by social class. I'm tired of driving next to poor people in their jalopys.

Not at all. Lower income people are more likely to die on the road and are less likely to be insured.

I have always thought that they should build a train deck in the middle of the 405 instead of the carpool lanes. It could travel from the Antelope Valley all the Way to Orange County. It seems like a no brainer.

can confirm, 99.9% of the time someone is doing something stupid on the roads, it's a piece of $hit car.

I see quite a few people of a certain segment of the population driving BMW's, Audis, Mercedes', Porsches, et al who drive like they're Shahs or Sultans and the rules of the road don't apply to them.

An immediate fix and much needed one right now

Have rolling tow trucks driving around funding by our high gas taxes similar to what LA had parts of 5FWY, maybe still do at times?, in 80's 90's because our ecosystem is fragile and there are a lot of old vehicles on the road in CA.
