Here's some facts.. Last fall LA had to declare a state of emergency because of all the homeless. You can't walk down the street without them begging for money, in a car you drive by tent Cities! They are at every intersection going up to your window and begging and if you say sorry no cash they spit on your window. Please come visit LA then you can give opinions and statistics. Venice and dtla are like war zones. LA is so liberal they are distroying themselves it's one of the many reasons I'm getting out. It's so expensive to live in so cal there's no solution that will work.They also don't want to sleep in shelters they prefer the outside
