This is very exciting for Lubbock! Glad to see it is starting to grow, and prosper. Shall be interesting to see how it all pans out over time. Would be nice to see more development happen in the northwest however up towards Highway 84 between Frankfort and Milwaukee there is TONS of space to develop, as apposed to most of the growth happening in the southwestern portions of town. All in all though Lubbock is adding many great things, and will continue to do well!

The NW side should see continued growth, considering all the ongoing road construction in that direction.

If Slide Road's northern extension to Clovis Highway is any indication, those things could come sooner rather than later.
