I would like to share:

B has been working on her home-made corn chips, wheat flour tortillas, and bean flour tortillas lately.

Yesterday her corn chips came out really good!

Our eldest son is staying with us for a while, and he has been trying to perfect home-made BBQ potato chips. His recipe is getting close to perfect.

Fry.

We use Grapeseed oil, so I am not concerned about how much we fry.

We found a source which provides us with grapeseed oil for slightly less.

Our buck [goat] did not stand up today to come get his feed. He seemed a bit off and lacking in energy. The rest of the herd was up and fighting over their feed, but he was not. So I seperated him, fed him seperately, gave him some nutrients, some pro-biotics, and a shot of B vitamins. On the odd chance that he might have a particular disorder that may need the B vitamins, I need to go back into the forest tonight to give him another shot.

Now this storm.

Anyone want to go out tonight and give this little buck a shot?
