I think I've found the solution to deer crossings in Maine. We could just do what this person did and put them where it's safer.

I have my grandmother's Noritake so I think I'll pass on Petri dishes. Speaking of sausage, I think my pig goes to the butcher tomorrow.

Hope porker has a good ride over.

Mr. Kohn retired from his smokehouse business in St. George a decade ago. Friends used to have him smoke their pig (it was really hard to light, and they had to give him a wallop on the back to get going ), and oh, it was good!

Do you have any of your porker's meat smoked?
