Hard to tell here since it's been blowing around and we got some sleet about 3AM. I'd guess 12 or so total. That's what's on the roof of the Forester.

Our dogs love the snow but they have no idea what is waiting for them outside today.
That's our dog too. Loves the snow.

Although with the massive amount of snow she didn't know what to do when she saw it all. We had to clear a spot just for her to be able to go out do her business. Keeping it clear is just another challenge in this weather.

21 inches as measured in my front yard at 11:30am. We probably have gotten another 3 inches since then. Cumberland is close to breaking our 24 hour snowfall record.

I'm in Randallstown by Offutt Rd.

I actually heard thunder this morning thats what what woke me up at 8am.

It's been a whiteout, heavy snow most of the day. It wouldn't surprise me if we were close to 30 inches. Tried to walk over to the store, didn't make it, that was a impossible task.

Liberty Road looked like a mess.

Just got in after our 2nd shoveling of the day. The snow isn't super heavy, but not fluffy light either. I can see this being an issue had I not decided to clear the driveway in shifts. I haven't touched the end of the driveway as the plows haven't been by. That is going to be an issue. I'm guessing there's over two feet of snow that's fallen (hard to tell with all the drifts). Once those plows come by and pack it in, it'll be real fun digging out out 4-5ft banks.

I used to love the snow - Now, I rather be in the desert SW or Fla (weather-wise at least).

Out here in Frederick County we are getting pretty hammered. 23" according to WBAL before 11 AM in one town. The part of the driveway I had just shoveled at that time has gotten another 9-12" since then.I would say an average of 30+ inches in open areas. The snow on my patio is now even with my table out there. (They just reported 30+ inches in Fred CO

The Sheltie is very upset. We cleared (and recleared) a space outside the back door. But she always prefers to go out the patio door which has a bank of snowabout 2' deep up against the glass (under the eaves). She just stands at the door wimpers and looks back at us.

City limits will probably just fall short of that......likely at about 26-27 now, nearly impossible to tell because of drifting....although spotter info from Ridgeley, WV reported 30. Relatives in Urbana reporting 30 inches....seems like Washington and Frederick County have been the big "winners" on this one.

I enjoyed my shoveling. Between my wife and I we got a lot done. Round 2 of digging out begins tomorrow.

Psychodaughter lives near there. She's sent us pictures. Yeah, you're close to 30, her Fit is damned near buried.
