What happened to Los Dorados Mexican restaurant in Agawam ?? (Springfield: restaurants, area)

I haven't been to the Agawam area in over 10 years, but in 1999 to 2000 my wife and I loved dining at Los Dorados Mexican restaurant, on River Road in Agawam. Nice view of the Connecticut River as you dine on really good home-style Mexican food.

They were the only "authentic" Mexican restaurant in the Springfield area and had many authentic Mexican items on the menu.

A search of Google came up empty and there's a "Michaels in the Pan" restaurant where Los Dorados used to be. They were once located in Glastonbury, Connecticut back in the mid 1990's and I cannot locate anything for them there either.

The owner's first name was Nick as I recall.

Anyone know if they relocated or went out of business or reopened but with a different cuisine or name ??

that spot has been about 20 different restaurants in the last 20 years,it is in such an out of the way spot it never gets enough business.

As I was reading your post, I thought it was Pasta in the Pan. I had no idea it used to be a mexican restaurant.
