Why does it matter if they have a car loan or not? My buddy owns a 22mil property and he has a car loan.

It has ME bothered. I wish people would stick to the real estate listings instead of car loans.

Lol. I was on the highway this morning and someone drove by me in a beat up station wagon from the 80s. I've been thinking I need a new car lately but after seeing that I'm thinking I've got a few more years.

I drove into Boston for the first time in a long time today for an appt. No traffic at all from the south shore until I got to quincy. Then my mental illness started to kick in. I was shocked at how quickly i flew to quincy/furnace brook exit.

How many times were you tailgated and how many times did you have to use your horn ?! It's always a good day for me on the roads if I can make it to my destinations and back home with only having to use my horn 1 time or less !

This whole notion of savings rates exceeding lending rates is a fluke in history and generally unheard of, I would not hold out hopes on that lasting. Nor would I count on 11% S&P returns going forward, or even 7%. If more people listened to what he said, we would be far better off as a society.

That’s when you just make adjustments and/or use the funds to pay off the debts. Then you are in the same scenario as if you never had the debt to begin with.

But hanging onto your funds allows to options to do something with it.

I actually kind of dig the stripe motif, but for an office rather than huge chunks of the house. The pepto bismol high gloss paint is just icing on the cake, though. I think I'd get anxiety in a house like this.

I'd still prefer contending with that than ripping out carpet, wallpaper and knotty pine paneling common in many other homes!

If I'm not mistaken the home belonged to the owner of Upstairs on the Square which closed a few years back. You can definitely see the similarities.
You spotted the 2002 in the driveway as well.

Yes, it's the same person.
