One of my bidding war homes I lost out on. Sting at the time, but glad we lost as we found a home that better fit our needs

Absolutely not! Gorgeous home,,,That size,,, almost 5000sq,,, 2000 built,,,location very isolated!
You put this one mile north in Wess, and it's worth $3-4M probably.
You get crappy homes for this price in Lex, Belmont, Brookline, and many other places in this town! This is a catch.

Agreed, we thought it was priced really well and going to check out, but 1.7 would have been a bit high for what we wanted to pay for Natick. Glad we save ourselves time checking it out

I know someone who bought one of the Natick Mall condos when they were first built. People made fun of him and said things like "who would want to pay so much to live near the mall?" but he loved the idea of being able to walk to the newly built Collection part. I see one unit for sale now for 889k.

Holy moly, $1403/month HOA fee. That could cover the monthly payment for two vehicles.

Average new vehicle monthly payment is $900-1,000 now.

I thought it was around $700? Maybe it spiked since the rates went up. Well, it could certainly cover a nice new car! I'd rather that than money going toward reserves for an association. There's no way the cost of trash, water, sewer, landscaping, etc. equates to $1403/month for that 1300sq ft unit. Lots of padding added in to those condo fees. It's great not to have to worry about maintenance or anything but I always feel like you're giving away more money than you really should have to with condo fees.

Not surprising since it has 24/7 security. Pretty much any complex that has that, the HOA is crazy.
