Yeah, that is pretty careless. It may not be the ghetto but Minneapolis isn't some small town. Crime does happen.

And my old apartment in Waite Park, they had problems with people breaking into cars and stealing stuff because so many people never locked their doors. They had to post signs all over the building saying to lock your doors and the number of cars being broken into is growing. I personally knew THREE people that had their car broken into due to them not locking the door on their car.
Well, I know it's a stupid thing for me to do. My point was, is that I never lock my doors and I've never had a problem.

Looks like this is a perfect city for you. Minneapolis has very low crime and we have a light rail going from Mall of America to Downtown Minneapolis theres another light rail being built connecting downtown Minneapolis and Downtown Saint Paul so Public Transportation is good in the Twin Cities. Also Mosquitoes arent that bad i was just out tanning on my deck most of the day yesterday and i never got bit its in the county area where its bad like i was in Lake Elmo helping my aunt put her pool up and i pretty much got eaten alive lol but your gonna be in the city so that wont be too much of a problem

Goodluck on your move. and Welcome to the great state of Minnesota
