It's always the little things that become big when your season is suddenly on the line.

I trust Zimmer and special teams coach Mike Priefer will make the necessary adjustments to stabilize this aspect of the team, as they have with the others.

Skol!
No, no, no, you guys don’t have the scars. Kai Forbath isn’t the issue. Let me take you back to the end of the 1998 season. The heavily favored Vikes take on Atlanta for the nfc banner. The Vikings went 15 and 1 that year. They can seal the game with a field gaol from Gary Anderson who had set an nfl record that year by being the only kicker in history to convert every opportunity. And....he misses. The vikes lose the game in OT and become the first team in nfl history with that record to not win the super bowl.

So no, it won’t be Forbath. Suddenly Adam Thielen won’t be able to catch or Murray will start running like my grandpa. The knife will come from the direction you least expect it.

Damn you Vikings, damn you to hell! I can’t quit you.......

^last Vikings game I attended, we still don't know if they exorcised the evil Juju (that stained that place) with the subsequent demolition, but we're about to find out. They did haul a lot of dirt out of there and dumped it on the Wisconsin side of the St Croix during the new Hwy 36 Bridge construction.

my first game was during the '68 season that I probably "sneaked in" to see.

win one for Sid and free him of these earthly bonds.

I would like to believe that Ghengis, but in their 4 super bowl losses they rushed for only a combined 11 first downs in those four games. And not to be left out, Minnesota quarterbacks threw a total of nine picks in those four games.
Since the league merger in 1970, the Vikes have qualified for the playoffs 26 times, third-most in the league.
And we have zip to show for it.
Maybe something in the water.

After that tough loss to the Panthers, this was a good, bounce-back and emphatic win against the Bengals.

Skol Vikings ...2017 NFC North division winners

I agree, Googol! Was busy in the morning on Sunday and did not check the score until late in the 2nd quarter. The Vikings lead 24-0 then and won 34-7. They needed a home game after three consecutive road games against good teams. They did win two of those games!

Skol Vikings! Congrats on clinching the NFC North division!

Skol Vikings, important to try and win today's game to keep NFC top seed hopes alive ...

Someone also raised a good point earlier , I hope 'los packers' are not thinking of gunning for our Keenum

Saints should be arriving in town today I think, would be a shame if their bus broke down and they had to walk

The scars are way, way deeper than ‘98.

INCREDIBLE FINISH!!
Although this game was a tale of two half’s, it more importantly proved that Yoga Berra was right “It ain’t over ‘til it’s over”. Go Vikes!!
