I was reading about the Canadian Toyota plants and how they hire people on temp. contract status before they actually hire them to the company. Some never get off contract status from what I read. Is that what they are doing in Tupelo or are they hiring as permanent Toyota employees from the start ?

Good Morning,

I hope your interview went well. Wondering if you could tell me if we are really going to be there 2-3 hrs like they told me on the phone. If so, what are we doing? I guess what I am really asking is what to expect?
