That has to be the weirdest thing I have ever heard of. They must be nuts is all I can say. Besides, how in the hell are they going to be able to enforce it? It makes no sense at all.

The title to this article is very misleading. This isn't St. Louis, but St. Charles. While St. Chuck is a far-flung suburb of St. Louis, it is really nothing like St. Louis. It is a very conservative suburban sprawl area, and most people in St. Louis hate St. Chuck, and vice versa.

Old town St. Charles (5th street) is way cool if your into shopping. The rest is just spawl, IMHO, that I do my best to avoid. Of course I am a Southerner (Fenton) who doesn't get up there to often. Plus it's way colder that far North!
In regards to the bill...while a nice thought it has no chance. 95% of the community would get ticketed. On second thought, what a "fund raiser"! That thing would pay off like a slot machine. It's a scene right out of Demolition Man!

Old town St. Charles (5th street) is way cool if your into shopping. The rest is just spawl, IMHO, that I do my best to avoid. Of course I am a Southerner (Fenton) who doesn't get up there to often. Plus it's way colder that far North!
