Despite the fact the malls are nowhere near full, the streets are full of traffic, much more so than 15 years ago. I'd like to see the traffic problems addressed before any more stores show up.

Dont forget brick and mortar stores for RETAIL (not grocery chains) is a slowly dying part of the economy. Then again, when you have over 12.3 BILLION square feet of leasable retail space...notice.. LEASABLE..not outright owned in the country...then you have a MAJOR gluttony of retail square footage that will sit on the market forever until it is re-utilized or torn down entirely.

Are they redoing that horrible movie theater? Also, I am so excited about all the retail improvements happening in Mobile!
