Luckily it is set to be reconstructed like Texas, Ann, and Broad streets. The plan is in the long range planning. I've come to realize that any arterial road and Collector roads that are left to ruin are likely in works of being reconstructed, I recently learned about this for St.Stephens roads and was the case for Texas and Ann street. Like Pleasant Valley I'm willing to bet is in the works for reconstruction, because the City or Pay Go should have resurfaced it years ago otherwise

Do you know what those are called so I can look it up?

I’m kinda hoping it’s gonna get a road diet like broad street with bike lanes and wider sidewalks and landscaping. I definitely like how it has oak trees in the median, that seems pretty rare and could be a really nice area if they did it right

This outerloop idea is more for people going through the county to avoid that corridor so it’a less congested
I’ve been thinking about this and it can be done in two phases after i10 widening to irvington. The first phase would be from I-10 to airport Blvd via a highway created just west of grand bay Wilmer road s with the necessary interchanges to to main roads. The second phase would be pretty much the same but from north of airport Blvd to highway 98 via a highway west of grandbay Wilmer north and Wilmer road. Just been toying with the idea.

Tanner Allen (best player in the country) just lead Mississippi state to win a college world series and Maddux bruns (Alabama mr baseball) seems to be his highschool protégé. Ums-Wright must have a fire baseball program.

Devin booker just lead the Phoenix suns to the nba championship series, of course the outcome has yet to be determined. Devin went to moss point high, I remember them coming to tournaments in mobile, Ig those butt whoopings he took here lit a fire in him lol

You know when you think about it, Bc I could literally go on and on, this area is producing a lot and I mean A LOT of professional athletes, quite a few millionaires.

( random thought: what’s the count on millionaires for every major Alabama metro area?)
