I’m kinda hoping it’s gonna get a road diet like broad street with bike lanes and wider sidewalks and landscaping. I definitely like how it has oak trees in the median, that seems pretty rare and could be a really nice area if they did it right

The second phase would be pretty much the same but from north of airport Blvd to highway 98 via a highway west of grandbay Wilmer north and Wilmer road. Just been toying with the idea.
