Those trike kits are really interesting. What a great thing for older riders. I meet people when I ride all the time with trikes. Most say they were just sitting at a light with their wives and they went down. Then they got their trikes and now go and do and travel again. How great for them. I think down the road when my knees get worse I will consider that. You could still be adventuresome and safe at the same time.

I'm a girl... just had to point that out!
and I have been riding for 4 years.
Love it!

I have a 2000 Bandit 600S, great for me, and I am short! I'm not a cruiser girl, just doesn't feel comfortable for me. i like the twisties and having a fun ride, safe too!

Some day I will get a Dual sport but that will be a while!
I like riding by myself or one or two others.

Happy riding!

Hey. New to the site. Riding a 07 Dyna. Met my wife 28 years ago, and we rode all the time. Sold the bike to pay for a son. 28 years later, on the road again. She still loves to ride. Son has his own HD. We would like to make ride from MO to Anchorage this next year. Any experiences and advise?

I'm currently mounted on an 04 Honda CB600 F4 Hornet. I love the lil' bugger I'm in the process of building my 98 FXRT Convertible 80 incher into my custom ride. To much fun. Which one I ride and when depends on the mood I guess.

I don't know how we go about getting our out thread but we really have enough interest to do that I would think. We could be a sub-forum under Hobbies and Recreation. I wonder how we go about doing that. There are tons of other issues that bikers enjoy discussing...

Yea I just put money down on a new red 09 Silverwing. I'm so excited about spring this year and trying out this new bike. I've had a Honda Helix 250 for years, actually two of them and have really enjoyed them. But the wind really pushes me and with this one, a 600, it has more weight and bigger tires and hopefully that will help. I want to venture out more this summer. Riding is such a great outlet for me. I love enjoying nature and wandering the back roads
