I really like the movie. I felt it was a bit long and could have been trimmed up a bit.... the scene with her hiding out and hanging out with that white trash couple and her pretending to be from New Orleans... didn't seem like it was that important to give as much screen time to that as they did. A few other scenes as well, but overall I liked the movie.

Like most on this thread, I didn't really care for the end... but I supposed they get they're just deserts. As people have said, the Ben Affleck's character was more unlikeable in the book, not that he was that swell of a guy in the movie, so I suppose on that note he gets what he deserves... IDK........ and not to get too technical but Amy's story of being held captive and all then having to murder Desi to survive the feds/police could have blown holes through her story with just Desi's cameras alone.... but IDK.. whatever.
Yep, a lot of strangeness all around. How could she erase all those videos and just leave the one at the window where she put on her show? I did like the trailer trash robbing her though. She got some of her own medicine. Plus, why did she carry around so much money if she just needed it until she killed herself?

I think the female character in, "Body Heat" was more intriguing, getting another woman to die in her place. I was wondering if that is where this movie was going but couldn't figure out how she was going to do it with DNA tracking now.

Rented this movie. My wife and I was not impress at all. 5/10. Quite boring and the ending just went a little wacko. Completely overrated.

We watched it from the Redbox the other night. Too much graphic sex for my liking. I seriously had to cover my eyes - just not into watching. The end was horrible - I needed closure. The detective walks away? The rich guy's murder is not investigated? HE STAYS WITH HER??!!

Much was left out of the film that was in the book.

It was interesting until the latter part when she meets NPH and from there to the end it was almost like a different film.

I just got done watching this movie and what a whacko Rosalind Pike played. The movie was okay but not great in my opinion.
