I can't help but judge people who pay to see these Disney remakes as the ultimate consumers.
It's a pretty cynical ploy by Disney. Baiting Gen X and Millennial adults with nostalgia so that they will take their kids to relive their childhood with them while indoctrinating them with Hollywood propaganda.
They did it successfully with Marvel. They tried to do it with Star Wars, but failed.
What IS the Hollywood propaganda here? Please, be specific.

If you truly don't know by now, in 2023, then it's pointless to try to explain without getting into multi page essays, which I'm not gonna do. But I think this is probably bait anyways.
Didn't trigger anybody. Furious 10 ha Vin diesel, Jason Momoa and some black stars in not familiar with and that movie is doing gangbusters.
Is it just Disney fans that are racist? I haven't noticed that.
No I think the claim that people care about the race of the actors in the film is to try to explain away the poor reviews.
You seem to miss the fact that there was outrage when the film was announced and Ariel was cast. Had nothing to do with reviews. It wasn't Disney fans who were outraged.

I figured that'd be the standard answer. Afraid to put your thoughts on display?
Bring back the old Disney. What happened to such classics as:
Swiss Family Robinson
The Loneliest Cougar
or "Disney like" movies such as:
The Biscuit Eater
I wondered the same question but when I think of the Swiss Family Robinson, I mainly think of this mid-1970s Canadian series or others might think of that tv series produced by Irwin Allen.

Not at all. I just choose not to engage with anyone being disingenuous and inciting.
