The Serpent and the Rainbow. The thought of being buried alive freaks me out.

I had this boyfriend. I was 17/18 during the relationship. He was 6 years older. I graduated from high school at 17.

He was controlling. I was too young to realize all this at the time but I began to have doubts.

So, I decided on a few tests. He failed all 3 and then I broke up with him.

However, one of the disturbing things he did was trick me into this movie. (Last House of the Left). I still remember it was so scary; I've never walked out a movie but on this one, went to the lobby, called my parents and fortunately, my dad was there in 5 minutes. By that time, the boyfriend had figured out maybe I just didn't go the restroom and luckily, my dad was standing there. (No cell phones in that day).

Which reminds me.....I saw "House of the 7 Corpses" when I was a kid, completely freaked me out. "Children Shouldn't Play with Dead Things" gave me nightmares too. I'm sure if I watched them now they'd seem cheesy.

As an adult, "8mm" was very disturbing to me.

Eraserhead, Fantastic Planet and Ichi the Killer.

Watched about 20 minutes of Salo. Knew about the plot before hand. Saw the care that was put into picking the most perfect of youths just so they could be thoroughly defiled and couldn't stand that anymore and turned it off.
