Ok...I just viewed the trailers on utube for all the centipedes and Serbian movie.
I feel like I need to go to confession or something.
I felt like I needed to make sure all my blinds were drawn and no one at home was watching me watch these scenes. I feel dirty.

I wonder if the actors/actresses in these movies end up traumatized or not...

I would assume not, because they are around the set. See the make up guys, all the cameras, all the production people. They're just a small part of othe bigger movie making machine. I mean, while they're on set, they're at work. It's a job.

We the viewers only see the movie itself and not all the behind the scenes stuff, making it feel much more real.

'The Snowtown Murders'

I've been thinking about this movie for a couple of days now. I'm not sure what to say about it.

Realistic to the point that I almost feel...violated(?)...by the film.

I find that movie "Killer Joe" to more disturbing than I was expecting... that whole scene in the kitchen near the end of the movie was completely disturbing, amongst other parts as well.

Don't know if it was the most, but certainly jumps out when thinking about this question.

The original Omen. I tried watching it for the first time earlier this month. I made it just to the scene where Damian is riding his tricycle on the top floor and smashes it into his mother, causing her to go over the rail. That movie gives me goosebumps each time I think about it. Not only that, the kid who played Damian has that natural creepy look to him.

The Maniac remake with Elijah Wood was pretty gnarly. No real plot to speak of but the first-person aspect made the whole thing feel really dirty. It should have been called "Mommy Issues"

I can't really say I've seen too many movies that really disturbed me. But here's a list:

Hostel
Candyman (mainly the ending. wasn't expecting that)
Jeepers Creepers
