"Casino" for a lot of reasons but mostly to appreciate what an incredible performance Scorcese got out of Sharon Stone without her crossing her legs ONCE.

Haven't seen all of his movies but a lot of them. Another vote for "Goodfellas." My runner up is one I'm surprised I haven't seen mentioned: "After Hours."

This is too difficult to choose - it's like asking "What's Eric Clapton's best song?"

They are ALL very good, maybe excepting the lame "New York, New York" (which got Martin into coke, but gave us "Raging Bull" Epic Win).

I would say "Taxi Driver." The film was WAY ahead of its time - you really felt like living through Travis Bickle.

I second anyone who said Goodfellas. Although Scorsese has a lot of good movies new and old.

I have to go with After Hours as well. It's the only one of his movies I can stomach more than once. Lot of brutality in those movies.

I loved Casino -- Sharon Stone's performance changed my mind about her ability as an actress -- but I can't watch it again.
