a troupe of actors passing by, cheerfully barters
entertainment for sharing treats! We agree!
laughter... clapping... what fun!
A young man dress as Merlin blows a reed of seed pods, announcing...
"Let the Theater of the Absurd begin!" we clap already giggling..
tummy aches from laughing...
as show ends... laughing and clapping in ovation... hearts soaring...
quickly pack all remaining treats into bag for entertainers...
break out in laughter again...
shyangel collects trays and pitcher ..packing in the basket...
sharing goodbyes with hugs, bows, and still more laughter...
with arms tucked together... ...come to residence...
shyangel disappears into the kitchen with the picnic items...
she calls out to meet later in the library...
::smiling deeply ... skipping along hallway to the garden
...tenderly pick triumphant sprays of gladiolas.. rich reds, golds
and deep purple stems reach high in glory...
.. reminded by the beautiful arch of the bouquet... ...
recalling Sir's joy in Spanish dance.. arched just like the flowers ....
The music is what is now best described as acid folk but back in 1970 was probably called progressive folk. Trader Horne were Jackie McCauley (ex-Them) on guitar and Judy Dyble (ex-Fairport Convention) and this was to be their only album release together. A mix of, primarily, folk and folk rock with some blues touches with the album's arrangements very definitely of its time, the vocals of McCauley and Dyble are the highlights, whether solo or together.
^BereniceUK, great art and such a nice song--

...glowing yellow ball ascends slowly... bright
colors swim across the sky... birds glide
effortlessly on wing... earth's rich carpet of
green glistens with dew... breeze stirs, leaves
flutter in response...
awakens... rises to sitting... gazes over at
Mr. MMC, one large hand under pillow... the
other pressed to our flag of Hope... blanket
of security surrounds me in Our Hidden place...
soft sigh... tenderly holds gift song... heart
sings to Mr. MMC...
shifts... turns smiling radiantly at Jim... whispers...
isn't it wonderful being a teeny bopper!
just the thought of your Idol sends your heart
soaring with the eagles!!! ...thinks of Mr. MMC and
his wonderfulness, scream into my pillow!! !!!
softly gazes upon you, drawing knees to chest...
Jim, I am so happy and grateful that you became
a teeny bopper and followed your heart. Mr MMC
have given me a deeper understanding of Love
as a personality. You have given me something too!
Never in a million years would it have occurred to
me that Love created time and space or deciphered
Mr. MMC's example of how to trap depressed energy
in time and space through music!!! Jim,
your nakedly honest enthusiasm gives me such
delight!
...heart leaps into the sky thinking of us at the beach
and ocean waves in a special ceremony...
...Jim, your inspirations creates smiling memories!!!
...deep contentment wraps around me and in teeny bopper
fashion imagine it to be Mr. MMC's arms... swoons... falls
back on the mat smiling at nothingness... Jim, aren't
you happy we rejected the same ole same ole and risked
doing something new?!!! ...
meditates on all our inspirations and discoveries... whispers
words of thanks ...settles deeply into the warmth of comfort
as curtains flutter and soft bird chirps greet the new day...
ushes open barn door... eyes take in at a glance that the stable boy has done a good job... alight on my didjeridoo and with a gruff chuckle heads there first... brushes away a wayward straw... and dragging the didjeridoo outside, blows:
Songs to My Idol-R. Murphy - Primitive & Blutengel-Cry Little Sister & N. Walker-No One Else & K. Havnevik-Kaleidoscope
...leans back on the mat, blissful... so glad to be off
and am determined to drown myself in teeny bopper
bliss!!! sighs dreamily... first a song to draw the last
vestiges of earthbound limitations off me into the
song's magnetic field...
... swims in celestial waters of invisible worlds...
...you place me in skies of your Kaleidoscope,
showing me the way my inner world could be...
tingles travels up my spine leaving me
breathless...
Don't forget March 2010......when the new show, "The Phanton Lives On," adds a son for Raoul and Christine. He tours with them and finds that object, so the storyline says. Set in metro NYC......could be interesting, depending on YOUR son's age.
