Cool Myrtle Beach Myrtle Trace

Does any live in Myrtle Trace or know anything about this 55+ community. Also there is a 55+ community towards Murrells Inlet.
Any info would be appreciated. Thanks you in advance for any input.

There is Myrtle Trace, Myrtle Trace South and Myrtle Trace Grande. They have two and three bedroom houses ranging from $159,900 to over $300,000. I don't live there but I know someone that does and loves it. There is HOA fees, I believe around $50/$60 a month. Not sure what else you would like to know but ask and I'll try to find out for you.

In Murrells Inlet there is Woodlake Village and Prince Creek. Both are 55+ communities.

Default No Way

Forget Myrtle Trace. The community is not nice. We passed by there to look at a manufactured home and didn't even go inside.
Just my opinion. We ended up buying a 2br/2ba condo in Surfside Beach At Tradewinds I. Couldn't be happier, we are using it as a vacation place and it's great. Close to the beach, soooo much shopping nearby and not too close to Myrtle Beach and all the craziness.
