Regarding the photo of the two beautufully colored ducks.......................those are two perfect examples of MALE WOOD DUCKS.

The fish below them in the water appear to contain a few Catfish and many, many Asian Carp.

Tanks for the info. All the waterways in the Zoo and surrounding park are chock full of Catfish and goldfish and I dunno what else. Those ducks are absolutely beautiful.

I saw a coyote up close and personal right off the Interstate. Poor guy. I hope he got off the highway before he met the fate of Wile E. Coyote.

Just now saw a roadrunner skiddaddle right in front of my car. Did I ever tell you guys the story about the roadrunner we had in prison that would "stalk" birds and kill them? It was eery and creepy to watch. It looked just like one of those jurassic park dinosaurs. Some stupid inmate killed it with a stick. Oh well.
