Two web cams have been placed nearby the nest after it was seen that a heron pair had begun to use it.

It occurred to that same parrot has been in the store caged with another one all the while I've been talking to the African Grey the last few months. They were side by side until a week ago. The store woman just didn't know what to tell me. Yesterday is the first time he talked so has been absorbing everything he has heard from people. That's where the clicking sound came from. It sounded just like me! He was excited, ran up and down the bars and his voice went high and low and I'm guessing he's mimicking exactly the voices he has head. It was like he had all the words piled up from keeping quiet and they spilled out! He chuckled, laughed using words "ha ha" and then did a real laugh. If you had him you may not get any sleep at all!
Cute story about the chatty bird. Well I don't usually sleep much anyway.
That African Grey wants you to take him home, me thinks.
