Consitering there are only 6-8 towns in the state bigger than 25k, you've got quite a group to select from. Better give some criteria to narrow it down some more.

Ok then........How about under 10,000 residents and "Andy of Mayberry" cute. Friendly people, self-contained (as in adequate shopping), recreation,good health care, excellent barbershop, award winning pancake/ coffee house, infrastructure and quiet.

Under 10,000 residents may only support a
H-1B physician (not that there is anything wrong with that). A smaller community may have several labs, but they are most likely producing meth instead of testing blood.
