Just the other day I got a pretty bad thunderstorm, and it started down-pouring. And then it ended after three minutes and the sun came out.

I'd love more rain, it's my favorite type of weather.

Poured in Nottingham Saturday and Monday. Streams that have been dry for months started to run again.

Nothing here. The only precipitation any of us are getting is from random thunderstorms. We need a good front producing 3-4 days of steady rain.

Yes, there must be a desert over the Concord airport, the "official observation station" keeps missing the precipitation.

Its possible. Its also possible that my $3 plastic rain gauge isn't accurate.

I was running around in Salem around 5 pm when the skies opened up. It started with a sprinkle, turned into a rainstorm, and then it POURED buckets! I bet the neighborhood that I was in got a half inch! By the time I crossed into Derry, the rain slowed, then stopped completely. And looking at the ground, it was obvious that once again, this hit-or-miss rainstorms that have been in our state completely missed Londonderry. Brown lawn, soil feels like beach sand A nice, soaking all-day rain would be GREAT for Friday...

got caught in the pouring rain on my 6 mile run this morning. I didn't mind, and it cooled me down. felt awesome

what we really need is a tropical system to ride up the coast and dump 5-10 inches of rain, not these lame cold fronts that barely sneeze out a quarter inch of rain

Reality: It sprinkled twice.
