You can look up the facts , most of my knowledge is inside Rail Fanner / Engineer , Operator , Conductor Knowledge. You kept going around the facts , the fact of the matter is any Train going to NY is subject to Amtrak delays. But that will be solved by 2018 when our New Tunnel and Station opens up.

It's definitely Penn Station. I am on the NJCL, which has trains that go to NY Penn and train that go to Hoboken. The Hoboken trains are almost always on time, and the NY Penn trains are almost always not on time.
