My dad grew up in the South Bronx where it might've been a good idea to carry a gun. Guess what - nobody he grew up with did. They duked it out, maybe a pool cue here & there to teach someone a lesson. You turds wouldn't last a day with your big, bad Yosemite Sam guns because they'd sniff out your fear and jump your ass when you least expected it any way.
Sorry to disappoint you as*hole but I delivered many truckloads of meat into the Hunts Point Meat Market in the South Bronx in the 1980's. To conform to your idiotic laws I carried a 870 shotgun instead of my preferred handgun (probably still illegal but Constitutional). Your Dad might have been one of the pukes that got my trailer doors opened and tossed two hindquarters of beef on the ground and left them in the street because they were to puny to pick them up and load them into their car. The two cops that investigated the theft asked me why I didn't shoot them. I told them I didn't want to fill out all of the paperwork that that would have entailed. They just laughed and said they appreciated my restraint.

Your Dad probably did sneak up on a lot of helpless old ladies in his day. It is too bad one of those helpless old ladies didn't give him a Smith & Wesson vasectomy before the worthless P.O.S sperm from your Father joined up with your Mothers egg.

You don't love guns because they protect you from a tyrannical government. That's the company line fed to you by the NRA and the gun manufacturers, and one that gun advocates like to throw out there to derail debates and distract from the discussion about the gun violence problem in this country.
You are totally full of BS.
I have been involved with guns since I was four years old and many years before I ever even knew what the N.R.A was. Guns were a tool we used every day on the farm/ranch where I grew up. We were taught by our Fathers how to use them safely at about the same age your Mommy was teaching you how to wipe your butt. You have obviously been brainwashed by Hollywood and the News media into believing that the only purpose of a gun is to kill other people.

People like you will allow a tyrannical government to take over our country eventually. I am getting up in years and I will probably not be around to see it. However reading some of the comments posted on these message boards by others has me convinced that it is almost certainly going to happen in a few years. When this country no longer has private citizens owning firearms you can brag to your Grandkids that you were part of the reason for the disarming of America. I have a feeling that is a legacy that they will NOT thank you for.

Just wondering, were you this afraid of the big, bad government when Bush was in office?

I have never trusted the government. My Grandad and various Great Uncles told me stories that they were witnesses to: Do a Google on the Ludlow Massacre and the Bonus Marchers.

Bush had a chance to slow down Government growth but he screwed the pooch by creating the Department of Homeland Security. So I am critical of G.W. Bush also. Obama worries me even more. I read his books and I think he is a dedicated Marxist that wants to see the USA humbled.

The most disastrous event since the Revolution was the passage of the Civil Service Act that made it possible for lifelong government bureaucrats to gain power. Obama is making these faceless bureaucrats even more powerful. That is the big danger to all of us.

You realize that Obama is very tight with Wall Street, right? Notice how NO ONE has done a day in jail for ruining our economy? He's now a millionaire thanks to selling books plus the speeches he'll give in the future will make him richer. I doubt he'll be sending it all to Fidel Castro. The idea that any president is a socialist is just ludicrous. Just the millions in campaign contributions Obama gets should tell you that he loves $$.

Socialists and Marxists love wealth. . . for them. They just want you to give them your share.

No matter what Richie Rich Trump would have ppl believe, Obama's upbringing by a young single mom, with help from WWII-era grandparents, is pretty remarkable. If he had an "R" next to his name, the WSJ and National Review would be writing glowing, "only in America" love letters about him weekly. Instead he's a Kenyan Socialist. Jeez - what do Republicansns think Medicare Part D is? LBJ socialism with a giant wet kiss to to the pharma companies. Again, NO national pol is a socialist except maybe Bernie Sanders

Father of Toms River child charged with endangerment

Father of Toms River child who fatally shot 6-year-old charged with endangerment | NJ.com

He had "multiple" unsecured weapons around small children. What a genius.

"According to the charges, there were five unsecured weapons and ammunition accessible to Senatore’s three children, ages 4, 8, and 12, ..."

"Hours later, Cotto said, detectives took eight to 10 weapons from the Senatore home. In addition to the weapon used to fire the fatal shot, authorities allege Senatore also left unsecured a Stevens 12-gauge shotgun, two Harrington & Richardson shotguns and a Remington 12-gauge shotgun, all in close proximity to ammunition and accessible to his children, authorities said."
