Be wary of the price listed on the website. It gets updated after the attorney review is complete on a previously sold home. However, the price of next home will be increased as soon as someone puts an initial deposit on a previous unit.

It's past the initial deposit stage and after attorney review / 10% down payment deposit. None of the houses have closed yet, the first round of closings are targeted for April.

FYI, just spoke to the Wright Place sales agent; besides the 7 already sold, there's another 4 more that are pending the conclusion of attorney review / 10% down payment.

FYI, possible NJT strike and/or fare increase. Push come to shove, I think we should organize a Wesmont Station Uber carpool to the Hoboken PATH (run by Port Authority, not NJT). Though the commute from Hoboken to Wesmont may be an issue, as Uber is sorta illegal in Hoboken.

Anyone interested in WP, please be very careful with dealing with WP sales guy : Richard G. He is very unprofessional & basically outside subcontractor hired to do sales for WP.

He has no idea about WoodRidge & anything about WesMont development. Please make sure you involve WP Builder in every discussion because sales guy is just good for nothing. If you dont involve builder in any conversation you will not get complete information about any unit or any incentives. Do not sign the contract just by meeting rude sales person. Remember he cares less about buyer/visitor or builder he only cares about keeping his job somehow which he cannot do professionally like Pulte sales person. Many buyers/visitors in the past have had very bad experience with sales person. I hv not idea why would somerset keep this cheap contractor to do sales ..probably to save money on sales commission. They should hire who are as professional as Pulte sales team. DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING just by meeting sales guy.
