Hello,
I am a first time home buyer in NJ. Wesmont development checks lot of boxes including NYC commute and nice modern townhomes.
But I am concerned about potential health risks and impact on re-sale after reading this article -

In Pulte public offering book for these homes, they mention in fine print that residents accept the environmental risk and noise levels that can occur due to industries and Teterboro airport nearby.
Did current residents and buyers get any specific inspection done to ensure that this polluted situation has been remediated and will not re-surface? I saw that some homes in Bergen county had re-sale issues in the past years since mortgages were not approved after lead hazard was detected. I would like to avoid such risks before buying in this development.
