We have found a couple places that are really good. After living in the NW for years we love Japanese Kitchen off of Lousinana(?). Very fresh and very good.

Heading to Idaho to get the REST of our stuff and bring back to NM. There is a super Sushi house in Couer d'alene...Syringa...tops just tops if you are even up there.

My fall favorite is fresh Uni...ummm and what ever is fresh..

After 15 years in the Seafood biz I know my fresh fish etc.

Happy trails,

HW

Heh, just did that. But, you know, things change in 6 months.

Why does no one have their menus online?

Noda is as close as anything can come to being an
institution in Rio Rancho and Kokoro continues to
please the sushi SNOB in my household.

I can't speak for the rest, but rybert has plugged
sushi San Mateo in both threads also. ( He sounds
to me like he knows stuff. )
