I inherited some land in Carlsbad several years ago. I have never been to Carlsbad myself but have done tons of research on this beautiful town. I know that the land isn't part of the city it's self but is actually surrounded by the city line. Does anyone know anything about the area called Walling Heights? It's West of the National Parks Hwy and North of Hidalgo.
I have done the ariel map on mapquest and it doesn't look too isolated but it is definitely undeveloped. I am wondering why. This land has been in my family for many many years and I would like to retire there someday unless it is flood land.
