I'm surprised, they told me my rent would be $1,042 for a 2 bedroom and asked if I was ok with that, I said yes and that's when they told me I'd need to have 1 months rent and 1 months security at lease signing.

Yeah, idk lol but when she tells me to go sign the lease I'll be ready to go over and take the first month and the deposit lol

That's the income bracket I fall in, so I didn't question it. She did tell me I get the bigger 2 bedroom apartment because of my income bracket, which is fine with me.
