My husband got a call back for an interview sept. 1 , we went had all documents ready . Then the lady interviewing us said shes gonna give us a call if anything needed.. But she also asked if our credit is good, and was specific by saying is it over 600 . My husband credit is a fair/good. He recently received a notification from credit karma with a hard inquiry and when we signed on and check it was from Livonia commons Landlord... Still waiting for a call back.

No problem this whole blog gives us some hope...as we are hoping to get through with this apartment...but does anyone know approximately when they will start moving ppl in... Is it October month or next year?

I heard that approved applicants would be able to move in starting October 2015. That's next week and we haven't even been called back. Smh

I called today to find out the status of our application and the lady said his credit was good ..but they didn't view the application yet because they are going by preferences.. She informed me that she's doing mobile and disability then the next batch which is community district is next. Our preference is community district... Then she said we will be contacted very very soon..

Hi, what phone number did you call to speak with someone.. I interviewed on the 10th of September and had all my documents.. They ran my credit/background on the 29th of September.. I'm curious to call but not sure of the number.. I live in the area also so hopefully I'll hear something soon.. My log number is 6408
