Yes and she is EXTREMELY RACIST. She mentioned not wanting to go to the target by Atlantic because it is a black target.

I received an email to go for an interview. My log # is 3237. If I'm accepted I will move in there without a problem. But I really wanted to move into Gateway Elton. My log number was in the 15,000's tho. Very disappointing. I'm log #537 for a high rise in 42nd street, but they haven't contacted me yet.

Are you COmmunity board preference ? I look up the gateway Elton everyone talking about and that place is far from any train station so I wouldn't like to live there

And #537 is a good position to be in for the 42nd street high rise

I'd also applied for Gateway Elton, passed the interview, was told my file is very good, log#8000's, preference. And, what VERY dissapointing, they still did't sent me anything of yet. When I called them, was told they going to put me on Wating list. Alsow, I was wondered, when they given to view the apartments to lucky winners, they have no choice , But just to view 1 apartment!!!??? Apartments looks VERRRRRRYYYYYY SMALLLLLL.. So, NOW , I'm playing for CITY POINT. Livonia Commons has trains just next , and also LUXURY building. But my log is 490000's, so , no chance. For 42ND st Manhattan I don't fit income.Your chances with your log ##'s are great, for LIVONIA and Specialy for 42ND St, if your credit score& history is good.SOOOOOO, GOOOOOD LUCKKKKK, God bless YOU!!!!!

Good luck with the interview for livonia. For 42nd st, thats a pretty good log #. I actually applied to livonia, log # is in the 20,000 so I don't know what my chances are as a city employee. For 42nd I received a 38,000 log # so who knows.

My log number for Livonia is in the 90's no preference..and I haven't been reached...i never really understood how these lottery things work lol...I think the log numbers are pulled randomly, like once ur given a log number ur selected at random and their going from least to greatest with those randomly chosen numbers... Currently waiting for the city approval from gateway (# in the 500's) so best of luck to all of u... And ignore tht silly lottery chick : ) lol she's annoying!!!

They interviewing preferences first : disability, than CB preference, than city employee preference. After that All the others. # 90 log in is perfect unless you fit the income and great credit history.

My interview is today for Livonia Commons. I still haven't heard anything about City Tower. But my log number is so low I'm just hoping I do hear something. The only bad thing with me, is my credit. I hope that doesn't ruin my chances. I mean, lots of people looking for low income apartments are in the same position as me. Bad Credit. I'll just pray on it.

If you have bad credit don't even waste your time going to the interview

credit is one of the first thing they look at when it come to lottery apartments

Good luck tho let us know how it goes
