Was called today.. God IS GREAT! I was awarded a unit. I will be signing my lease on Friday.

AAAAWWWW thank you so much. The building is the one on Sheffield. I don't think any of the other buildings are completed as of yet. Don't worry you will be fine. This whole process is very nerve wrecking lol... you should have seen me when I received the call today. LMAO.. I was so scared to answer it. I was soooo sooo happy when I heard the words "we need you to sign your lease" BEST FEELING EVER!! Thanks again,

I was hoping to get the notification from credit karma, where they tell me a hard inquiry has been placed on my account, so that I can call to see how the process is going....or do you think I should call sometimes before the 2 weeks period?

They normally run your credit immediately. Wait till Monday to see if they ran your credit.. Once that's completed then about a day or two call them.. I tell you one thing their process is fast once they get your file.. I got a call on a Monday to go on weds, then got a call on Tuesday to go on Thursday.. Two days back to back I had to leave work early. I'm thankful that I didn't hear crap from my boss. Once your credit goes through it's only a matter of time before they move forward..

Oh for real! Based on how it went with your case I was counting maybe a month and a half to get any info on my process and for It to move forward since your first interview was at the end of September. I do hope they get to it faster than that and I get answers before the New Years!!
