So I know I told some of you to wait and just chill don't worry. But why do I want to email the management company. LOL

I know I am going to just wait.

Take your own advice Sammy! lol. But no seriously, I get it. Worst case, you call them, they say " no update or sent to HPD and waiting". So if it will help you to feel better knowing now all that is truly left to do is wait, or perhaps hear back an approximation or any updates on when they will get info back, then call them. ut otherwise, we just wait.

If there is no feedback when I return from my honey-versary trip (back on Sep 22), then I'll call.

I don't know.. what is you number? I am in the high 2000s and I was told by MHANY that was a low number. But I don't know how/when the preferences kick in, whether in the log assignment or after.

Well my log number for this 461 Dean lottery is 9xx, but I entered the wrong income on this lottery's application, so I'm not expecting a phone call as my incorrect income doesn't qualify for this lottery.

But, on another lottery, I am 2xx and really excited about it. Only problem is that I have no preference, so wondering if I'll even get a call.

I had a 2xx on a building and didnt fit income guidelines so they skipped right past me. didnt get a call. unless of course it was because there were like 10 apartments. lol.

I wish I had better feedback to provide.

I'm in the low 5ks but had CB preference and I got a call in. Now, I don't know if I have a great chance for the rest of the process, but to learn that I got called in over someone with log 900 is... something. Yeesh.
