It's actually not bad at all. The Q101 stops right across the street from Steinway Estates. It takes you to the R train "Steinway Station" stop in about 10-15 minutes. You can stay on the bus and get off at Queens Borough Plaza right in front of the N train station going upstairs. The next and last stop after that is the city where it drops you off at 60th street & 2nd ave. This takes about 25-35 minutes depending on traffic going over the bridge.

Personally I walk most often to the Ditmars Ave station to catch the N train. It really only takes me 10-12 minutes so I get in some exercise before I get to work to go along with my caffeine buzz

No idea what's going on either! I haven't seen any movement.

How about the gym any word on that?

Also, the parking lot area - I don't see that producing any money - at most I've seen 5 cars at a time in there. With one car being the super's car.

That's exactly the reason why I'm debating- although I am able to work from home sometimes. It's just that I I live in Manhattan already and work in midtown Manhattan. I'm also rent stabilized, but will spend much more on this rent stabilized building. Decisions, decisions!

They vary. I can't recall the exact number but i believe mine was either 720~ or 760~ sq ft. I was shown another slightly smaller 1 bedroom that I think was ~620sq ft. These numbers were told to me by the Langsam representative that showed me the apartments when I went to choose which one I wanted.

So it's definitely over 700sq ft? That's a great size!

The high ceilings make the place look even bigger. I'm still in love with my apartment. Sometimes I sit on my couch, zone out and look around for a few minutes lol.
