My log # was somewhere in the 40,000's...I do have community board preference as well as the NYCHA preference. I hope the apartments are big!!! I will let you know how the interview goes...the building is not complete yet. It looks like they still have a lot of work to do.
I don't know how they are doing the list but you still have a good chance of being called for an interview. My friend recently moved into her apartment in sugar hill and her log number was in the 8,000's and she didn't have any preference.
I'm a bit worried about the credit check. I had a few items on collections that I just paid off last week. I Know it will not be updated on my credit report by the time the management company checks my credit. I really hope I'm not denied because of my credit!!!!
Why would they give a preference to those who already have been given a City owned affordable apartment?
