hey so AUFGANG aRCHITECT FINALLY RESPONDED AND STATED THAT floorplans are not available as of yet but to keep my eyes open....wth does that even mean. i thought that is what i have been doing
SMH, by the time we keep our "eyes opened" we will be moved in already. I am expected to sign my lease "next Friday."
called again they haven't reached my log # this is now week 4 i found out the name of my girl that interviewed me yay! still no floor plans as thy are waiting for the certificate of occupancy still she said 6-8 weeks not 4-6 weeks like my interviewer stated :-( i so sad
Wait so will there still be lease signing next week? This is dragging, I hope they don't postpone this.
chances are they probably will postpone realistically speaking because how can you sign a lease without seeing the apartment and how long does it really take to pass those 5 violations and get a certificate of occupancy augh pero you almost there. call/email Karina and ask her if you still signing the lease and viewing the apt next friday
