You should. Did you sign the last form before sending your file to HPD? I forgot the name of it but that form would’ve had the apartment number on it.
Well, she made me sign lots of documents - just my signature and no date. including the document that says that If I get ill give up my current apartment, etc etc.

You probably signed the form that had the apartment number on it. Just know if they sending your file to HPD you have apartment. They can’t send your file without apartment attached to you. Did the management company say when they plan on sending your file to HPD

I signed those documents back in May. And still nothing yet.

Omg. I should've looked haha. I'll email her asking for it too!
yes-I remember my process it was a running back n forth experience..besides the time off work due to the time of appointments..but to get mail on short notice..i wonder if its possible its the office hopeing you will miss the appointment and get disqualified..still i dont know, but maybe thats it.
I have been in my building going on 8years now..and it looks the same now plus my apartment..the floors were my main concern, the thing is you has to make/tell people to take off their shoes, especially females with heels.
still-if you got picked and accepted just stick to the process, and stay on top of them..and monitor your mail-box..and if you got mail going to any family member house/place make sure you check/ask them all the time-did anything come?.

I didn't look either. I was such in a hurry to send it back out to them and wasn't expecting to see an apartment number on it. I just signed and dated and sent it back right away. BUT, i did notice that the management information to the building was on it.
I was excited to get selected for further processing for two buildings back in May after over 6 years of submitting applications. I didn't get selected for either one. Sucks. Back to the drawing board for me.
I might have spoken to soon for one of them (at least I hope!) I was contacted to provide some more info and was told that the next step would be to come to the office again to sign some paperwork. I don't want to get ahead of myself but I'm hoping this is good news! Wish me luck!
