Unfortunately, i wasn't granted the 3bd apartment. Applicants with a lower log number decided to proceed with the 3bed. Nonetheless, I'm very happy with my 2bd unit. It's just as spacious as the 3bed.

I believe the handbook states 5 or 10 days to hear back - i'm not too sure.
Amenities is $100/month per person. I'll get back to you on the parking - I had reached out regarding the fee for an SUV - waiting for the response. Residents are offered a discount of $295/month (regular car).

I signed my lease last week! Lease signing was actually via DocuSign. Move in is on Monday!!!! I'll take some pics then!
As far as parking, it came out to $350 after taxes per month.
