Anyone have submitted in applications for a mini lottery they never applied too? I get that it's a vacant re-rental but is it follow the traditional housing connect rules? Is it worth my time to submit my documents?

Yes I’ve been invited to apply to many good ML lotteries. If you submit documents, you’ll get processed right away.

I think that there are many vacancies because so many people left the city during the lockdown.

It depends on what you qualify for, they normally just send you notification not the public application

No. You get invited to apply based on AMI.

Thanks for the the reply everyone.

Yeah i just got random notifications that i applied but i never did!

Are they rent controlled like other housing connect? Is it easier to get in this way? It looks the start date and the apartment unit is in the actually mini lottery too.
