Default Original advertisement for "Ruppert Housing Co Inc"

Does anyone have a record of the original advertisement for ""Ruppert Housing Co Inc" lottery? Any help would be greatly appreciated

If a person applied to the lottery, that person can sign into Michell-Lama Connect account and visit the page that lists the lotteries that person entered. By clicking in the left most column under the name of the building the ad will come up. However, this sometimes does not work and attempting latter is required for success.

Try this link to see if it works.

Actually, the monthly fees are either what is listed below, or 30% of income, which ever is higher. So, a family with $50K in income would have to pay $1250 per month and $100K of income, would pay $2500. Because of this, I'm not sure these apartments are a very good deal.

I will attach the flyer if someone tells me how!

Where did you find that information about it being either/or?

I think this is the first time that this building is using the lottery system, and that the "Or 30% of income, whichever is higher" line is a mistake. I live in a Mitchell Lama and the rule is that your monthly fees can't exceed 30% of your income. Once you're in and if your income drops, your monthly fees will be lowered accordingly.

It's on the posting for Ruppert; and it's not on the posting for the other ML properties. That would be a pretty unusual mistake.
